It is good to be home, although I miss Costa Rica. Having gallo pinto withdrawls!!. Miss getting on the bus, but am glad to be driving my car. I will miss mjy tica mom she was the best!!. Finished classes and recieved a certificate!! My tica mom and family were the best!! I will surely miss them!! They called out our names at graduation and then had a Costarican Folkloric dance group perform for us. I will post a video it was nice.. I leave tommorow morning and will be back in Vegas Saturday night!! I recommend this type of study abroad to any body who wants to learn about the culture and the language. Maybe in two years I will apply for Spain!!! It was a 4 hour bus ride but well worth the trip. Saw many monkeys. They are sooo cute, especially when they try to take your stuff off of the beach. We had a racoon and monkey work in cahoots to steal our food, but only managed to take our new bag of chips. They definitly had a party somewhere!! Saw some sloths and a huge lizard. It is hard to believe that I have been here 5 weeks. What a great experience. I will put up some pictures of the hotel where we stayed. Oh yea went with my roomates nice girls!! Wow how time flys!! Well we are off tommorow and we are going to Manuel Antonio National Park where the beaches are fabulous and there are monkeys hanging around. We leave tomorrow morning bright and early 6 am to get to Manuel Antonio in 3 hours. Looking forward to some relaxation and beach time.<br /><br /><br />Bueno no puedo creer que ya tengo 4 semanas aqui, y solamente falta una!! El tiempo vuela!! No tenemos escuela manana y vamos para Manuel Antonio a la playa. Escuche que hay monos por donde quiera!! Lucky for us my roommate just happen to check out the map and found out we were going the wrong way!! We got off one bus and then rode another. Got to La fortuna at 3 pm.<br /><br />Bueno estoy contenta de haber regresado bien a San Jose de La fortuna donde fui a ver el volcan y hacer canopy (ziplining). Muy divertido, tambien fuimos a las aguas termales muy rico!! Was a little adventorous spent the night in Punta Arenas and then spent the day at the beach!!. The beach in Punta Arenas was ok. I do not like black sand too dirty for me but a beautiful day and then watched the the World cup!! Go Espana!!<br /><br />Bueno que fin de semana muy divertido! La isla Tortuga fue muy bonita! Y el barco estupendo. Fui un poco aventurosa y me quede la noche en Punta Arena despues fuimos el dia siguiente a la playa. No me gusto mucho la playa de alli por la arena negra. Walked alot, I am sore but all is good.<br /><br />Ayer fuimos al volcan Poas estuvo maravilloso!! Una belleza. Tambien fuimos a las cataratas y fue muy bonito!!! Como llueve aqui!!! Pero todo bien!!
